Thank you for shopping at James Lakeland, we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if something is not quite right with the items received, you can return them for a full refund or store credits. Please note that we are unable to offer return fees and the shipping costs are not refundable, unless your items are faulty, or your order cancelled. You must insure our online team receives the products within 14 days of receipt of your order; otherwise, your refund may be refused. The original payment method used to place the order will be credited once the return has been accepted. Please be aware that the refund may take up to 5 working days to reach your account after its approval. An email will notify you once the returned items have been received and processed.
If you decide to return something, please ensure it is in perfect condition with all tags attached, this means:
• Clean - free of any sent (deodorant, perfume) or make-up stains-
• Unworn
• Unwashed
You can return your order to any James Lakeland standalone stores for exchange only or via post for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in our concessions or outlets within an independent department store or boutique. To return your order simply re-package your parcel securely and post it through your desired postage channel. Please retain to any receipt or tracking ID issued when posting your return until the refund is processed.
