At James Lakeland, we hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make returning your item as simple as possible.
Our Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item purchased from our website, please ensure it is returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed and unused.
- Be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Be free from perfume, deodorant, make-up, pet hair or any other marks.
- Be returned in their original packaging wherever possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Return Your Order
Returning your order is simple.
- Carefully package your item(s), ensuring they are securely wrapped.
- Include your order number or completed returns form inside the parcel.
- Send your return using a tracked postal or courier service.
- Keep your proof of postage and tracking details until your refund has been processed.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.
Once We Receive Your Return
Once your return has been received, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our returns conditions.
If your return is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, colour or style, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
Last Chance Sale Policy
Items purchased as part of our Last Chance Sale (discounted by 70% or more) are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
If, however, you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. We'll be happy to review your enquiry and assist you accordingly.
International Orders
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes or import charges. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping costs, customs charges and any associated fees for international returns are also the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.
Shipping & Return Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order has been cancelled or an item is confirmed to be faulty.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed unless the return relates to a faulty or incorrect item.
